Determination

Based on the uncontested evidence of the claimant the Tribunal find that her employment terminated as a result of an unfair dismissal. The claim under the Unfair Dismissals Acts 1977 to 2007 succeeds and the claimant is awarded the sum of €22,600.00 in compensation.
