The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-
The appellant claimed that her employment, which commenced on 20 November 2004, ended by reason of redundancy on 1 February 2013. Her gross weekly pay was assessed at €367.94 after P60 documentation was examined.
A hearing notice was sent to the respondent at more than one address but no evidence was offered by or on behalf of the respondent at the hearing.
Determination:
Under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, the Tribunal finds that the appellant is entitled to a redundancy lump sum based on the following details:

Gross weekly pay: €367.94
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
