1.     Procedure:

• In accordance with Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 and Section 7 of the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994, following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complain

2.     Complainant’s Submission and Presentation:

1. This complaint refers to an alleged addendum made to the Claimant’s contract of employment that he contended he was never aware of for over one year, nor did he ever sign any changes to his original contract, and where the Claimant further alleges he is now being forced to comply with.

    

2. As the Claimant did not attend the hearing it fails due to want of prosecution.

3.     Decision:

1. Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.

    

2. As the Claimant did not attend the hearing it fails due to want of prosecution.
