1. Alleged non-implementation of anAdjudication Officer Decision No. R-147342-WT-14/JT
BACKGROUND:
2. The Worker referred his case to the Labour Court on the 11th February, 2016, in accordance with Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been made under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 by Stefan Balmus, Flat 44, Buckingham Village, 1 Bella Street, Dublin 1, that his former employer, Cormore Construction Limited, Suite 5136, 77 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2 failed to implement the decision of a Rights Commissioner: r-147342-wt-14/JT,
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal;
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €8,000.00 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
