There was no appearance for or on behalf of the Respondent. The Tribunal is satisfied that due notification was sent to the Respondent. The Tribunal is satisfied based on the uncontested evidence of the appellant that he was dismissed by reason of redundancy. Accordingly the Tribunal awards the appellant a lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 based on the following information:

Date of commencement:         12^th March 2009

Date of end of employment:   30^th October 2014

Gross weekly pay:                   €212.11

This award is subject to the appellant having been in employment which is insurable for all purposes under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005.
