Determination:

There was no appearance for or on behalf of the Respondents. The Tribunal is satisfied that proper notification was sent to the Respondents. Based on the uncontested evidence adduced by the appellant the Tribunal determines that a redundancy situation existed. Accordingly, under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, the Tribunal finds that the appellant is entitled to a lump sum payment based on the following details:
