A representative for the appellant told the Tribunal that the claim for redundancy was not being contested. The Tribunal heard the uncontested evidence of the appellant. The appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, succeeds and the Tribunal awards a redundancy lump sum based on the following details:

Gross Weekly Pay:                  €446.40
