The determination of the Tribunal was as follows:-
This case came to the Tribunal as an appeal under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007, for implementation of Rights Commissioner Recommendation r-098119-ud-10JOC by which the appellant was awarded the sum of €1,000.00.
BD (business services representative for the respondent) did not state that the above award had been paid or appealed in advance of the Tribunal hearing.
Determination:
Under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007, the Tribunal makes a determination to the like effect as Rights Commissioner Recommendation r-098119-ud-10JOC by which the appellant was awarded the sum of €1,000.00 and so allows the appeal for implementation under the said legislation.
