As well as appealing Rights Commissioner Recommendation r-148660-ud-14JOC under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007, (UD466.2015) the appellant sought a redundancy lump sum under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007.
Determination:
The appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, fails because the appellant’s position was not made redundant.
