Preliminary Issue

The claimant’s start date of employment with the respondent was 13^th February 2015 and the date of termination was 27^th March 2015. Therefore the claimant did not meet the statutory thirteen weeks’ service required under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.

Accordingly, the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the appeal under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.
