The Tribunal is satisfied that the respondent was properly on notice of the Hearing.
Based on the uncontested evidence of the appellant the Tribunal is satisfied that the appellant’s employment terminated by virtue of redundancy and award him a redundancy lump sum based on the following information:

Date Employment Ended 7 November 2014
Gross weekly Pay €426.00
This award is made subject to the claimant having been in insurable employment, during the relevant period, in accordance with the Social Welfare Acts.
The appellant is awarded the sum of €852.00 under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts 1973 to 2005.
