Procedure:

In accordance with Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.

Attendance at Hearing:

There was no appearance by or representation on behalf of the claimant. I am satisfied that the claimant was on notice of the hearing having been informed of the date and venue by letter dated 16 December 2015. The respondent attended on the day.

Decision:

The claims under section 7 of the Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994 are dismissed for want of prosecution.
