Determination

The appellant gave direct evidence to the Tribunal that his employment with the respondent terminated on 27 April 2012. The Employment Appeals Tribunal received his complaint form under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 on 8 May 2015.

As the Tribunal did not receive the complaint form within the time limit permitted under the Redundancy Payments Acts legislation, the Tribunal declines jurisdiction.
