Determination

The Tribunal is satisfied that all parties were on notice of the hearing. The claim under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 was withdrawn by the appellant. The claim under the minimum notice was not contested. The Tribunal awards the appellant the sum of €2800.00 in lieu of eight weeks minimum notice under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts 1973 to 2005.
