There was no appearance by or representation on behalf of the appellant. The Tribunal notes that the notice of hearing was signed for on 16^th December 2015. The claimant previously attended a hearing and requested to amend the name of the respondent. This was carried out and a new hearing scheduled. A Tribunal interpreter was provided on both days.

The Tribunal dismisses the appeals under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, and the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005, for want of prosecution.
