Determination
The Tribunal is satisfied that all parties were on notice of the hearing. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the three named respondents. At an earlier hearing it was established that the employer in this case is the first named respondent
The Tribunal finds that the appellant is entitled to a redundancy payment calculated on the following criteria:
Date of Commencement: 1 September 2011
Date of Termination: 1 June 2014
Gross Weekly Pay: €349.00
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
