This case came before the Tribunal as a request for implementation by an employee (appellant) for implementation of the Rights Commissioners recommendation r-155850-ud-15/SR under the Unfair Dismissals Acts 1977 to 2007.

The Tribunal is satisfied that no appeal has been lodged against the recommendation of the Rights Commissioner and that the award has not been paid.

The Tribunal implements the recommendation of the Rights Commissioner that awards the appellant the sum of €6,000.00 under the Unfair Dismissals Acts 1977 to 2007.
