1. Complaint of non-implementation of Rights Commissioner's Decisionr-148898-wt-14.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Worker referred his case to the Labour Court in accordance with Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997 on the 24th November, 2015. The following is the Determination of the Court:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of working Time Act 1997 by Mr Thomas Travers, 158 Lohunda Downs, Clonsilla, Dublin 15 that his former employer, Georgian BBQ House Ltd, 1stFloor, 74 Talbot St. Dublin 1 failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner r-148898-wt-14
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €1,800 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
