Determination:
The Tribunal is satisfied the respondent was properly notified of the date, location and time this hearing was held. Neither they nor a representative on their behalf were in attendance.
Based on the uncontested evidence the Tribunal are satisfied the appellant was dismissed by reason of redundancy. Accordingly the Tribunal awards the appellant a lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 based on the following information:
Date of Commencement: 1 January 2007
Date of Termination: 25 October 2012
Gross Weekly Wage: €510.35
This award is subject to the appellant having been in employment which is insurable for all purposes under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005.
