The determination of the Tribunal was as follows:-

There was no appearance by or representation on behalf of the claimant. The Tribunal is satisfied that the claimant was on notice of the hearing and notes that the claimant signed for the notice of hearing on 9^th October 2015. The respondent’s representative made contact with the claimant’s representative on record but it was communicated that they were no longer representing the claimant. The company was unable to make direct contact with the claimant.

Accordingly the claims under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007, and the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, are dismissed for want of prosecution.
