The Tribunal is satisfied that the claimant was entitled to but did not receive his statutory notice or payment in lieu of that notice. Accordingly, his appeal under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005 succeeds and the Tribunal awards him €7133.52 as compensation for six weeks’ notice
