Determination
At the outset the claim for Minimum Notice was withdrawn by the claimants.
The Tribunal heard uncontested evidence with regards to outstanding holiday pay.
Claimant 1 worked for the respondent for a period of 18 weeks from August 2012 to December 2012. The Tribunal awards the claimant the sum of €761.57, being the equivalent of 8.3 days holiday pay, calculated on the basis of a six day working week, in accordance with the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.
Claimant 2 worked for the respondent for a period of 24 weeks from June 2012 to December 2012. The Tribunal awards the claimant the sum of €960.04, being the equivalent of 11.07 days holiday pay, calculated on the basis of a six day working week, in accordance with the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.
