Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act, and Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Acts and following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General. I gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.
Background:
The Complainant lodged a complaint with the Workplace Relations Commission on 25th November 2015 under the Industrial Relations Acts, 1969 – 2015.
Decision:
The complaints fails for lack of prosecution.
