1. Alleged non-implementation of Rights Commissioner's Decision R-141671-WT-14.
BACKGROUND:
2. The employee referred her case to the Labour Court on the 21 April 2016, in accordance with Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 by Mary Rose Byrne, 10 St Nathy’s House, Churchtown, Dublin 14 that her former employer, Broadford Cleaning and Maintenance Services Limited, 43 Canal Walk, Parkwest, Dublin 12 failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner Reference: r- 141671-wt-14/EH.
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €702.50 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
