The claim under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts 1973 to 2005 was withdrawn at the outset of the Hearing.
The Tribunal is satisfied that the respondent was properly on notice of the Hearing. Based on the uncontested evidence of the claimant the claim under the Unfair Dismissals Acts 1977 to 2007 succeeds and the claimant is awarded the sum of €20,000.00.
