Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015, following the referral of the complaint(s)/dispute(s) to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint(s)/dispute(s) and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint(s)/dispute(s).
Complainant’s Submission and Presentation:
I was invited to a meeting in the Medical Centre by the Practice Manager, she and another GP met with me. I was informed that from January 23 2015, I was no longer employed by them, that my service was been transferred to another GP with whom I worked. My salary was paid by the Medical Centre and I was employed by them, I worked in both centres. The new GP gave me a new contract and stated that he was not carrying our years of service. My P45 was sent directly to my new employer. I am not sure that my start date of original employment is correct as I lost my C.V. when my computer crashed. |
There was no appearance by the complainant at the hearing.

The respondent’s representative requested that the complaint be dismissed for want of prosecution.
