It was the appellant’s uncontested evidence that she was given two weeks notice when she was in fact entitled to four weeks.
The Tribunal is satisfied that the appellant commenced employment with the then owner of the business on 17th October 2007 and transferred to the respondent under a transfer of undertakings on 30th January 2010. The appellant was subsequently made redundant on 8th March 2015. Therefore the Tribunal awards the appellant €420.00 under the Minimum Notice And Terms Of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.
