Determination
The claimant’s dismissal for gross misconduct having been found unfair by the Tribunal, it determines that she is entitled to four weeks’ payment in lieu of notice under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005. Accordingly, the Tribunal awards her the sum of €1120.00 under those Acts.
