1. Complaint of non implementation of Adjudication Officer's Decision No r-154352-mw-15/JW.
BACKGROUND:
2. A complaint was submitted to the Labour Court on 17th February 2016 in accordance with section 31 (1) of the National Minimum Wage Acts, 2000 and 2015. The following is the Court's Determination:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Acts 2000 and 2015 by Shauna O’Keefe, 23 Darley’s Terrace, Donore Avenue, Dublin 8 that her former employer, Thomas Mahon T/A John Adam Hair and Beauty, Swan Centre, Rathmines, Dublin 6 failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner-Reference: r- 154352-mw-15/JW
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €1,851.36 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
