The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-
The appellant was employed from September 2006 until 28th October 2012. She lodged her claim to the Tribunal on 7th November 2014. The time-limit for bringing a claim under the Redundancy Payments Acts is one year which is extendable to two years in certain circumstances.
As the claim was lodged outside of the two year time limit it is statute barred and the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claims under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 or the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997.
