Procedure:

On the 1^st November 2015, the complainant referred complaints to the Workplace Relations Commission in relation to issues arising under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act and the Unfair Dismissals Act, as amended.

In accordance with Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 and Section 8(1B) of the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977, as amended, following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.

At the time the adjudication was scheduled to commence, there was no appearance by or on behalf of the complainant. There was also no attendance by or on behalf of the respondent. I waited for some time to accommodate late arrivals and also verified that the parties were on notice of the time, date and venue of the adjudication. Having been satisfied that the complainant was afforded the opportunity to advance her claim, I issue this adjudication report.

Decision:

Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 and section 8(1B) of the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977 require that I make decisions in relation to the complaints in accordance with the relevant redress provisions.

The complaints fail for want of prosecution by the complainant.
