Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 and Section 7 of the Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994 following the referral of the complaint(s)/dispute(s) to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint(s)/dispute(s) and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint(s)/dispute(s).

I did not receive a contract. I requested one in writing but never received it before I was dismissed. |

Did not attend and no submission received either in writing or verbally.
Decision:
Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint(s)/dispute(s) in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act and Section 7 of the Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994

Decision:
The Complainant furnished documentary evidence – copies of E mails both to and from the Respondent. She gave verbal evidence that I found acceptable.
I find the complaint to be well founded and under Section 7 of the Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994 award a sum of €1,000 as compensation to the Complainant.
