In accordance with Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 and Section 6 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1991, following the referral of the complaint(s)/dispute(s) to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint(s)/dispute(s) and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint(s)/dispute(s).
Complainant’s Submission and Presentation:
I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID MY FULL WAGE FOR THE WEEK ENDING 12/10/2015 ALSO HOLIDAY PAY' THE COMPANY HR AND FLEET MANAGER KEEP TELLING ME IT IS IN THE POST AND THEN IM TOLD IT IS IN THE BANK AND EVERY TIME I CHECK ITS NOT THERE AND NOW THEY WONT ANSWER MY CALLS AND SEND TEXT MESSAGES TELLING ME TO CONTACT A GIRL NAMED K IN THE OFFICE AND SHE HAS NOT GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME EITHER.THEY ARE ALSO REFUSING TO SHOW ME MY WAGE SLIP AND HOLIDAY PAYSLIP.I HAVE TRIED RINGING AND TEXTING OVER A DOZEN TIMES BUT TO NO AVAIL.THAT IS WHY I AM SEEKING HELP FROM YOU. |
