1. A complaint that the Decision on an Adjudication Officer was not implemented no: r-159766-wt-15/EH.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Worker referred his case to the Labour Court on the 15th April 2016, in accordance with Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997. The following is the Determination of the Court:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 by Ms Louise Byrne, Apartment 1 Springvale Hall, Ticknock Hill, Sandyford, Dublin 18 that her former employer, Michael Lovett t/a The Cutting Room, 1a Bird Avenue, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14 failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner-[Reference: r- 159766-wt-15/EH]
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €651.54 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
