The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:
The appellant told the Tribunal that the respondent moved location to Northern Ireland. It was not feasible for him to move and the respondent agreed that he would be paid redundancy. No redundancy has been paid to the appellant to date.
On the uncontested evidence of the appellant, the Tribunal finds that the appellant is entitled to a redundancy lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, based on the following criteria:
