This is an application for the implementation of a Rights Commissioner’s recommendation dated 28 May 2013 reference: r-128415-UD-12 and r-128413-TE-12. As the time for bringing an appeal has expired and no appeal having being brought the Tribunal orders that the Rights Commissioner’s recommendations to make an award of €10,000.00 to the claimant under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007 and an award of €750.00 under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994 and 2001, be implemented.
