This is a correcting order and should be read in conjunction with the original order dated 8^th September 2016.

Determination:

The correct weekly gross wage for the claimant was €1,038.46 and therefore the correct calculation for the nine days gross wages should be €1,869.22 under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.
