The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-

The Tribunal is satisfied that in the cases of r-145236-te-14/JOC and r-145233-wt-14/JOC the respondent neither complied with the decisions nor appealed them within the stipulated time allowed. Therefore, the Tribunal orders that the decisions be implemented and for the respondent to make a payment €1596.19 to the appellant under the above Acts.
