The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-

The implementation came before the Tribunal by way of an Adjudication Officer/Rights Commissioner Recommendation dated 7^th April 2016 (reference: r-156725-te-15/RG).

The Tribunal is satisfied that the time delimited by Section 9(1) of the Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994 to appeal the decision of the Rights Commissioner has expired without an appeal having been brought and the relevant payment being completed. Accordingly the Tribunal orders that the Adjudication Officer/Rights Commissioner’s Recommendation to make an award of €200.00 to the appellant under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994 to 2012, be implemented upon receipt of this Determination.
