This case came before the Tribunal by way of an employee appeal of a Rights Commissioner recommendation under the Payment of Wages Act 1991, reference r-148867-pw-14/JW.

As there was no attendance by or on behalf of the appellant at the hearing on 16^th September 2016, the claim fails for want of prosecution. Accordingly the decision of the Rights Commissioner stands.
