  Background:

   

This is an application for the implementation of a Rights Commissioner’s recommendation dated 20^th March 2014 reference: r-129390-ud-12/RG. As the time for bringing an appeal has expired and no appeal having being brought the Tribunal orders that the Rights Commissioner’s recommendations to make an award of €6,000.00 (six thousand euro) to the claimant under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007.

Determination:

Written notification was submitted by the respondent in this matter of payments already made to the claimant regarding this matter. The claimant confirmed she had been in receipt of some monies and was a balance of €1,700.00 was still payable.

Accordingly, the Tribunal awards the sum of €1,700.00 (one thousand seven hundred euro) to the appellant under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007.
