The Complainant referred a dispute to the Workplace Relations Commission on 14^th March 2016. This complaint was forwarded to the Respondent as required under Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act, 1969. The Respondent responded by letter dated 8^th April 2016 and dated as received by the Workplace Relations Commission on 13^th April 2016 stating they objected to an investigation of the dispute by an Adjudicator.

However the dispute was scheduled for Hearing on 2^nd June 2016.

I do not have jurisdiction to hear this dispute as the Respondent has objected to the Hearing of the dispute by the Adjudicator under Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act, 1969.
