Procedure:

In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaint(s)/dispute(s) to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint(s)/dispute(s) and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint(s)/dispute(s).

Complainant’s Submission and Presentation:

The Complainant was put on Protective and Temporary Notice on the 3rd July 2015 as a result the company loosing the contract for cleaning services at a client. She have had no work from her employer since that date . She submitted the form RP77 to her employer in November 2015 and to this date she have received a reply from them.

Respondent’s Submission and Presentation:

Not present at the Hearing.

Decision:

Section 41.5. (iii) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint(s)/dispute(s) in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act. As the Complainant was not present to present her claim I find the claim not well founded.
