The appellant gave uncontested evidence that she arrived for work on 12^th of June 2015 and was told by her boss that she was not allowed on the premises and not to come back.

Based on the evidence adduced the Tribunal awards the appellant €370.00 being the equivalent of one weeks’ notice under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.
