The Tribunal having heard the evidence adduced determines that the Appellant was dismissed by reason of redundancy. Accordingly, the Tribunal awards the Appellant a redundancy lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 To 2007, based on the following information:

Date of commencement of employment:              01^st May 1997

Date of cessation of employment:                        28^th November 2014

Non-reckonable service (Lay-off):                        28^th June 2014 to 28^th November 2014

Gross weekly pay:                                               €85.55

Amount of redundancy payment:                        €3,023.34
