Determination
The Tribunal is satisfied that the respondent was properly put on notice of this hearing yet he failed to attend. Based on the uncontested evidence of the appellant the Tribunal find that the appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 succeeds and awards her a redundancy lump sum based of the following:
Date of Commencement: 16 April 2007
Date of Termination: 06 July 2015
Gross Weekly Pay: €574.40
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
The appeal under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005 was determined at a Rights Commissioner hearing so is therefore dismissed.
