Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 and/or Section 8(1B) of the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977and or section 6 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1991 and or section 27 of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997 and or Section 11 of the Minimum Notice & Terms of Employment Act, 1973 following the referral of the complaint(s)/dispute(s) to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint(s)/dispute(s) and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint(s)/dispute(s).
Complainant’s Submission and Presentation:
They closed the business without warning and sent the staff home without pay. |
I am owed approximately 53 hours pay. I am owed for the public holiday on Good Friday and bank holiday St Patricks day. I am owed holiday pay. I am owed 60 euro from pay being short. |
Director XX still works at ZZ Airport. His partner (and co director of Respondent) can be contacted on XXX. . She has continuously lied about what we are owed over the last 6 months. |

Decision:
Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 and/or Section 8(1B) of the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977 and or section 6 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1991 and or section 27 of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997 and or Section 11 of the Minimum Notice & Terms of Employment Act, 1973requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint(s)/dispute(s) in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under the cited Acts.

Decision:
Neither party attended and no explanations were forthcoming. I was happy that proper notifications had been issued.
The claim (CA-00007103-001 ,002, 003, 004,) is dismissed for want of prosecution.
