Determination:
At the outset the appellant withdrew her appeal under the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1977.
The respondent conceded that the appellant was made redundant and had not been paid a redundancy lump sum. The following criteria was agreed between the parties and the Tribunal awards the appellant €4,223.65 under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 based on the criteria below.

Date of Termination: 1st January 2014
Gross Weekly Wage: €295.36
Non-Reckonable Service: Nil
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in employment which is insurable for all purposes under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act, 2005.
