The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-

This is a correcting order and should be read in conjunction with the original order dated 8^th September 2016.

Determination:

Having reviewed the matter at great length, the Tribunal determine the correct calculation of the claimant’s gross wage for the claimant included his basic pay plus the pension contribution and VHI contribution. Therefore the correct calculation for the nine days gross wages should be €2,050.20 under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.
