This order corrects the original order dated 24^th June 2014 and should be read in conjunction with that order.

Having considered the evidence adduced at the hearing the Tribunal note that the appellant received no notice of the termination of his employment. Accordingly, the claim under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005 succeeds and the Tribunal awards the claimant the sum of €530.35 being one weeks’ gross pay as compensation in lieu of notice.
